Hi everybody. After talking to dick today ive decided to post up this track day im aranging with another fourm.

Im inviting anybody to come and have some fun, the more people I know out there the more fun it will be. :) Dick will possibly be attending aswell.

Copy and pasted below, original link.

http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/general-nsw-section/187663-eastern-creek-track-day-wednesday-2-may-2012-a.html

In short its pretty much identical to the last day, apart from the date.

This day is being held by Driving Solutions, who we've used in the past for our last track day and skidpan day.

The details are simple and below. While I admire some peoples efforts, please remember this is just a simple fun day where we turn up and drive the track - dont try to complicate it by twisting the rules.

We will abide by ALL the instructors rules and directions. As we saw first hand at the skid pan day, if your told NOT to do something and you do it anyway, you and your car will be banned from entering Eastern Creek Raceway and Skid Pan for future events.

Track: Eastern Creek Raceway
When: Wednesday, 2 May, 2012
Time: Afternoon session, 12:30pm – 5:30pm
*we will be arriving earlier to this time to allow for wheel swaps etc, exact time tba*
Cost: Was $330.00
Info: Driving Solutions - Eastern Creek Driver Training - Track Days
Signup:

You will be responsible for organising your own signup and payment. This form needs to be filled out, signed and returned to Driving Solutions with your payment.

NO SPOTS ARE SECURE UNTIL YOUR FORM HAS BEEN RETURNED AND YOUR PAYMENT RECIEVED BY DRIVING SOLUTIONS.

Please let me know when you've sent the form and paid, so I have an idea who is actually attending on the day.

We are sharing this day with the general public, so its first to pay gets the spot(s). They will let me know as numbers start to dry up, but once their gone their gone.

What do I need to bring?
•A roadworthy and mechanically sound car. Driving Solutions reserves the right to refuse any car access to the track if deemed unsuitable.
•Race cars are permitted ONLY if they have a passenger seat fitted.
•Clothing requirements are:
closed in shoes (no high heels!)
clothing that covers ankle to neck to wrist
helmets – we have some available for hire at $20 if necessary
•Helmets must be worn at all times when on the track. If you do not have a helmet one can be hired for the day, however, stocks are limited. Please specify that a helmet is required when booking.
•Long sleeve shirt, closed shoes and pants must be worn by all drivers.
•Sun block.
•Full tank of petrol.

What you need to know

Our drivers briefing will be held at 12:30pm, with track time commencing at 1pm. Attendance at the briefing is compulsory for all drivers, any drivers who miss the briefing will not be permitted onto the track until briefed. Please therefore ensure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled briefing.

Professional instructors will be available throughout the day to answer your questions and provide personal in-car tuition. When your group is not on the track you are not neglected, instructors are available to answer your questions.

Some further info / questions answered

* YES! P platers are welcome. Some hosts have had insurance issues in the past where only P2 "green" or fully licenced drivers can attend, however as long as you have your P's your right.

* Car MUST be registered and roadworthy, no ifs or buts please.

* We have agree'd to place us in the "Beginner" course. I realise that a number of your group may be better in the Intermediate but when we have more than one driver we need to select the group based upon the least experienced person". I am happy to abide by this, if you feel however you need to go to the intermediate group you may, but be aware you wont be on track with us.

* Helmets can be hired from them, just make mention when you send through your form.

* we will have use of some pit garages, failing this we will have free roam of the carport out the back of pit lane (that sits beside the skid pan) so theres more then enough covered room to change wheels - we were able to change wheels after the skid pan day in the middle of a major storm.

* Yes it’s fine for 2 drivers to share a car, they will both have to sign indemnities and attend the briefing. They will of course get less track time each.

Look foward to seeing you all there, from my drivers seat this time! :p

ToMMMay had a look at your video and sounds a bit like cylinder pressure leaking out somewhere.  Try using the Demo inside Dos Box. Tested DST with Dos Box in XP and Windows7. Works perfectly
